About the owner: Todd Hilliard President and Owner of Hilliard Builders, Inc.
Native of North Carolina and have lived in the Cary area my entire life. I am a graduate of Elon College with a BS in Business Administration.
Received several "Master of Excellence Awards" in Building and Roofing during my career. Awards include: Shingle Manufacturer Certificates and Building Material Siding Manufacturer Awards.
